Returns & Exchanges
Each pair is made to be worn and loved. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Free of wear, scuffing, creasing, debris, or damage
- Showing no visible signs of use beyond a careful indoor try-on
- Returned in original packaging
All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
A flat return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund, unless return protection was purchased at checkout.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Rejected returns that do not meet the conditions above will be notified via email. You may provide us with a pre-paid shipping label within 7 days of the return rejection to have the shoes returned to you. After 7 days, items from rejected returns will be donated.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, simply initiate a return and order the new size.
Return Protection
At checkout, you may add return protection for a flat fee. This covers return shipping on your original order and outbound shipping on your exchange — no deductions, no friction.
Final Sale
All items are eligible for return unless otherwise marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. In order to complete the sale, you need to remove the Checkout+ option from your cart.
