Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Marsolta sandals. If they're not quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Free of wear, scuffing, excessive creasing, debris, or damage
• Showing no visible signs of use beyond a careful indoor try-on
• Returned in original packaging

All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If your return does not meet the requirements above, we'll notify you by email. You may provide a prepaid shipping label within 7 days to have the shoes returned to you. If we don't receive a shipping label within that time, the shoes will be donated.

Return Shipping for U.S. Customers

If you purchased Return Protection at checkout, you'll receive a prepaid return label at no additional cost.

If Return Protection wasn't selected, a flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping for International Customers

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may purchase a prepaid shipping label through our returns portal or provide your own shipping label.

Return Protection is currently available only for U.S. orders. In order to complete an international purchase, you need to remove the Checkout+ option from your cart.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, simply initiate a return and place a new order.

Return Protection

At checkout, U.S. Customers may add Return Protection for a small flat fee. It includes prepaid return shipping on your original order and free outbound shipping on your exchange—no deductions or additional shipping charges.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
