International orders are shipped via FedEx Express. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 5–9 business days.

Both the Tavira and Fisherman sandals are crafted from top-grain leather, sourced from LWG-certified tanneries. All sandals are handcrafted in Portugal.

Natural leather is a permeable material, so avoid prolonged exposure to water and keep your footwear away from direct heat sources, which can dry out the leather and alter its color.

To keep your footwear looking its best, apply a leather conditioner regularly. Conditioning helps nourish the leather, restore its natural finish, prevent drying and cracking, and remove light surface dirt. It can also improve water resistance.

Applying conditioner before first wear can also help soften the leather and support the natural break-in process.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

Under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of shipment.

This right applies to all eligible items, with certain exceptions including personalized items and sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
